Available to serve those who attend church meetings by welcoming and
assisting with any special needs, collecting offerings, and recording attendee

Funeral
Coordinators: Vonnie Seaberg
Orders sympathy flowers from our church sent to members of the church or
immediate family, and organizes funeral reception/meal. Please let the
coordinator know when someone has passed away.
Hospital
Flowers/Get-Well Cards: Jan Barberg
Purchases flowers and cards (or a toy for children) and delivers them to the
hospital in times of illness or surgery. Please let the coordinator know if
someone is hospitalized.
New Baby
Books
Baby books are given to every new baby in the church or to the expectant
parents. The coordinator has the books and will distribute them. If you
haven’t received one, please contact the coordinator.
Wedding/Baby
Showers: Susan Walther
Showers are given by the church for brides to be and for the first baby born
after a family has become members of the church.
Kitchen
Crew/Serving Committee:

Families of the church are placed on a list to serve in the kitchen during
one month of the year (see list inside rear cover). Please contact the
coordinators if you have any questions.
Bread
Ministry: Jane Hokenson
Distributes donated bakery goods to those in need.

Sunday morning Children’s Church services are tailored to the
spiritual needs of children in grades K-6th.
Princess of

Our vision is to be a place where girls can be empowered by the Holy Spirit
to love God, love each other and live a life of purpose that makes a difference
in our world..
Boys’
Discipleship: Robert Isakson
Discipleship group for boys.
YOUTH MINISTRY
Youth Leader: Betty Sieling
C.F. Youth aren't just the church of tomorrow—they're part of the
church of today! Through mission trips, praise band, or discipleship
training, the youth are learning that "it's not about us; it's about
Him!"
PRAYER MINISTRIES
Prayer Chain: Vonnie Seaberg
The contact to initiate the prayer chain. She also arranges the order of the
chain. Watch for a sign-up sheet in the fall if you’d like to participate
in the prayer chain. If you have a prayer request, call the coordinator.
Secret
Sisters (for Women): Susan Walther
Secret Sisters is started each December. Names are drawn, and throughout the
year you pray for and send encouraging notes to your Secret Sister. At the
close of the year, the Secret Sisters are revealed.
Prayer
Calendar: Cory Oswald
A day-by-day calendar of prayer for all church members is published each
month. Get your copy in the bulletin at the end of each month (or from the
foyer rack). Please call the office for additions/corrections.
WORSHIP MINISTRY
Worship
Leader: Peggy Cummings
Exalting the Lord through music in church worship, specials, and outreach. Incorporates
singers, musicians, sound technicians and overhead display.
CUSTODIAL
Custodian:Vonnie Seaberg
Responsible for cleaning the church building.
COMMUNICATIONS
Church
Office: Cory Oswald
Coordinates church communications, arranges scheduling of building use and
church calendar/news bulletin/website announcements, maintains church records
and bookkeeping. Please contact with any questions.
Church
Library:
The church library is located downstairs in the northwest corner of the
building. Books are available to check out for up to a month, and videos for
one week. Please write the book, date, and your name on the check-out sheet
posted in the library. Donations of Christian books and videos are appreciated,
and may be placed in the donation box

& Harvest Radio Ministry:

GoAfter
Ministries: David & Dori Bakke
Youth evangelisim, community outreach, worship, discipleship, and missions.
Jail
Ministries: Scott Ailie
Schedules visits to inmates, and coordinates transportation and gifts between
inmates and families. It also encourages inmates through letters, phone calls,
and Christian materials. After inmate release from prison, the ministry follows
up in practical ways to get established in homes, church, and community.
Back on
Track: Jan Barberg, Marlys Ailie
A work-release program for women incarcerated in the Becker County Jail and
a follow-up ministry for those who have completed sentences.
Women in
Ministry: Jan Barberg
Area pastors’ wives and other women in ministry leadership gather every
other month for a time of fellowship and spiritual refreshment.
