Presenter: Kevin L. Norton has been a chaplain with the St. Louis County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy (SLCLEC) since 1993, and in 2012 was appointed to serve as the SLCLEC Executive Director, managing 15 chaplains and connecting with multiple law enforcement agencies in the largest county in the USA east of the Mississippi. His membership and training is with the International Conference of Police Chaplains. Kevin has been ordained with the Christian & Missionary Alliance since 1982, and has served churches in Bena, MN; Sisseton/ Peever, SD; and Duluth, MN; and has been with the Hibbing Alliance Church since 2003.
