Faith

This Sunday, Christianity 101 takes us to Faith. What is faith? Faith is where you admit your dependence on God, and continually seek to rely upon Him and His grace. Faith is foundational in the life of the Christian. The foundation of a building is down about six feet, and everything that we want to do in and to this building is anchored to that foundation. If that foundation gets buried, you don’t have to dress it up or decorate it, but it is the anchor of the building. When storms come and winds come and the snow flies it may affect this building, but it doesn’t affect the foundation. That is what faith is like in the life of the believer. It is by faith that you are saved; justified; sanctified, and look forward to the return of Christ.
